At Combat Ready Fire, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, damages, refunds, and exceptions.
Returns
All orders are considered final sale unless there is a damage issue. However, if you made a mistake with your order or need a different size, we are happy to work with you as long as the item remains in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
To initiate a return:

Returns are subject to a $6 flat-rate shipping fee.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a damage issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in offering high-quality products, but in the event of damage during transit, we will work with you to make it right. Combat Ready Fire is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.
To report a damaged item:

Contact us at support@combatreadyfire.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive the damaged product, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Our products are designed for durability, but they do not carry a warranty against breakage from regular use.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not refund original shipping fees.

If an item is returned in used, worn, or damaged condition, the refund may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Used or damaged items (unless damaged in transit)
