Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 4 PM EST through Sunday, or on holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping destination. Available shipping options include:

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, and select international locations as allowed by our shipping carriers. This includes APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Combat Ready Fire is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

Any additional fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, or import costs, are the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping as permitted by carriers. Additional shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout. Available international shipping options include:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We attempt to validate shipping addresses before fulfillment.

If an address cannot be validated, we will reach out to the customer for an update. If we cannot obtain a valid address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Combat Ready Fire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package cannot be recovered, a new order will need to be placed.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us immediately at support@combatreadyfire.com.

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

In some cases, local law enforcement may be involved in the investigation.

Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to conclude.

If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will issue a replacement or refund.
