We want your shopping experience with Combat Ready Fire to be smooth and hassle-free. Below are frequently asked questions about our return, refund, and shipping policies.

What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale, except in cases of damage. If you ordered the wrong size or made an ordering mistake, we are happy to work with you as long as the item is unused and in new condition.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and a $6 flat-rate shipping fee will apply. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@combatreadyfire.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo if possible. We will send you a return shipping label, and once we receive the damaged item, we will ship a replacement to you.

Do you offer warranties on your products?
Our products are built to last, but they are subject to normal wear and tear. We do not offer warranties. However, if you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@combatreadyfire.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Are there any exceptions to your return policy?
Yes, custom command boards are non-returnable. All other eligible returns must meet our return guidelines.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not process or ship orders from Friday at 4 PM EST through Sunday or on holidays. If there is a high order volume, shipments may be delayed, and we will notify you via email.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, and internationally?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select international countries. International shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@combatreadyfire.com as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and in some cases, local law enforcement may be involved. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to complete. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Who is responsible for international fees?
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed by the destination country. Combat Ready Fire is not responsible for any additional charges imposed during or after shipping

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We attempt to validate shipping addresses before fulfillment. If an address cannot be validated, we will reach out for an update. If we cannot obtain a valid address, the order will be canceled and refunded. If an incorrect address results in a lost package, a new order will need to be placed.
