This is an online training and online community platform that can be accessed via website on any browser, or via mobile app. It is built using “Circle”, an incredibly powerful private training and community membership platform that has been custom built-out specifically by firefighters for firefighters.

Firefighters and departments who want to improve themselves and their departments while connecting with others in a meaningful way. 

Our mission has been to provide real-world, high-quality training in an online format that is available and attainable for anyone. Until now, the missing piece has been a platform like this one that facilitates longer-term access to training courses and content and connection to other students and instructors.

We want to make all of our online training as close to in-person as possible, and The Bay Floor adds that component  through engagement with instructors, students, and other members, live broadcast components, and other resources all at your fingertips in one place. 

We have designed this community to be an alternative to the ridiculousness and unproductive traditional social medias - which have become full of cowardly trolls hiding behind fake names who offer no value to the fire service and make intelligent and productive conversation almost impossible.

A podcast includes valuable training information and insight, but delivered via a moderated discussion. A webinar is an actual training class delivered instruction style.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with a monthly membership. If you pay annually, you can take advantage of savings, but are committed for the year, and can cancel it before it renews.

Yes! Memberships are for individual users and are not meant or allowed to be shared.
